Especially when you’re chasing two toddlers around . Crema, reliable grind and espresso functions. Milk steamer wand has some flaws. Received replacement wand from manufacturer after some pressing on them for it, worked great for another 2 months now it’s unreliable again. Have taken it apart to see what the issue is…nothing visible. Our guess is that maybe air pressure thru wand varies over time?? Wand is squeaky clean with no breakage, it’s weird. When working, froths great. When not, heats milk but doesn’t froth it and the decibel level of SCREECHING noise coming from the wand is DEAFENING. Not tolerable and painful for human and dog ears. For what this machine costs, it should froth 100% of the time. We don’t expect this machine to last, it’s only been 5mos and this is second round of this issue. The machine gave out within 2 months and this is second time I purchased the same model with the same issues. The frother makes hot milk but never frothy. Every time I cleaned the machine the cleaning light stayed on and I couldn't get it to make coffee again. So I would try washing it again 3 or 4 times and get the parts extra dry. I called for support.
