How can these be considered healthy and keto when they have palm oil, wheat flour and sugar?!?

I think because you might be confusing keto with healthy? They have a low GI and there's nothing wrong with wheat if you aren't on a keto diet. For those of us looking for healthy (and not on keto), this works.
