Since ,I Just recd it today and only used it once , I am only giving it a 4 star. It seems to help clear up my sinuses and relieved the frontal congestion. I will be happy if I can sleep tonight and I can have relief fr sinus pressure because of nasal congestion.

This really helps keep my sinuses healthy. I also think it’s helping me avoid getting sick when I travel. I think the xylitol coats my sinuses and prevents germs from getting in. I’ll never travel without this stuff.

I was excited to try something for my seasonal allergies that seemed like a natural alternative. But the instant I tried this it made my symptoms worse. It stuffed my up really bad and then my nose started itching and running almost immediately. The post nasal drip tasted gross, probably the xylitol which is the second ingredient. No actual honey in this product so don’t expect that. I ordered the double pack which was my mistake but I figured if I didn’t like it I could return the unopened one. The customer service, which is usually great, said no refunds so I’m stuck with a product I will never use. Don’t make the same mistake I made and buy the 2 pack because if you do decide to try it you will likely be disappointed like I was. I will go back to my tried and true Silver Wings colloidal silver nasal spray which works much better. I am amending my previous review because this stuff wasn't for me, but the customer service I received from the manufacturer was in fact very very good. They reached out after Amazon told me that a refund was not allowed on the second bottle (obviously I wasn't expecting to return a used nasal spray) They refunded my entire purchase and offered to send me a product to try that actually has honey in it. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received so I have added 2 stars. The nasal spray may work for you.
