Great taste and works well. I mix it with revive glutamine and evogen daily greens for digestion during contest prep and am very happy with my results.

Wish I knew about this product sooner. My new favorite fiber supplement.

So I tried to mix it with milk and water like the reviews say but it still leaves a chalk reside BUT what I did find was that this stuff mixes really well in plain yogurt! Add a little sugar free chocolate pudding mixture & you got yourself a high protein, high fiber snacky snack.

There’s something shady about this product. It says no artificial colors yet it has artificial flavors. What the hell are the artificial flavors? Another thing is that it taste sweet yet there’s no sugar or anything sweet in the ingredients. What is making this product sweet? This needs to be clarified and for now it’s one star.
