I purchased this because I needed a pump to pump up basketballs or inner tubes for my kids. Great little pump! Very easy to press button on and off. Its a very lightweight inflation device that does a great job. Not sure if i would use this for a flat tire but nice for light weight jobs. Update: I did use this on a tire that was low on my Honda pilot and works great.

I bought this unit about a year and a half ago and installed in my garage. It's been used sparingly to add a couple psi to my car tires and inflate tires on a dolly. I noticed that after a couple minutes of use the unit would emit an ear-piercing screech and stop pumping air. Today was able to adjust the pressure in one tire before the screech started. By the time I got up and went into the garage it was smoking. The motor completely burned up. Total piece of junk.

I purchased this item bcs it’s easier that changing the Chuck on the air compressor to air up a spoked wheel on a Harley. Mounted product on the wall with the included mounting hardware. The gauge is accurate and it’s quick on a motorcycle tire.

This is very nearly a perfect product. And for your use case, it might manage to be the only pump you ever need. First off, it’s super easy to install and use - you just hang it on a wall (I would HIGHLY recommend either strong anchors or better yet, hanging it in a stud since you’re somewhat likely to yank on the air cable at some point), plug it in and off you go. It’s actually reasonably quite for the volume of air it puts out - it’s certainly not whisper quiet and some might find it loud/like they need to use ear protection, but if you’ve used an air compressor in an enclosed space before (even a small one), you know they can get REALLY LOUD - and this is much quieter than that. So, still loud-ish in the grand scheme of the world, but MUCH better than alternatives. I like the long air hose that makes it easy to reach all 4 tires on your car (depending on where you mount it - try it out before picking a mounting place) and it does well at filling the tires. Yes, it will take several minutes to fill a tire ALL the way from flat, but mostly this is meant for topping off tires, not fully inflating them. It’s a great tool to have around to keep your tires at the right pressure all year which is big for all-condition traction, performance, mileage and wear - basically for everything. It also worked well filling up tires on a kids bike and even inflating a basketball and football (though it’s overkill for inflating balls of course). The only knock I have on this - and it’s why it only gets 4 stars from me - is that it can’t be my ONLY inflator since I’m a road cyclist and this only goes up to 60 PSI when my road tires near 110-120 PSI. That’s not a dealbreaker - and if you’re not a road bike person, you would never notice - but it’s something that I would think Slime could have addressed for this price point (not like road bike tires need a large volume of air, just a higher pressure). Other than that, it’s a (near) perfect device and I still love having it around, even if I still need a manual pump for my road bike.

Air compressor started smoking and was about to catch fire before I immediately shut it down. Had to throw away due to not being able to return it less than 9 months of owning. DO NOT BUY!

Worked for about 6 times then started smoking and stopped working.

mounted in my car port,works great,,just connect,push the button and watch to pressure gauge!! no more dragging out the air hose and waiting for the air compressor to build up air!!

Piece of crap. Feels cheap. First time I used it, it made a loud popping sound while filling up a tire. Then the sound of air escaping somewhere. It didn't even fill up one tire completely. Junk. Sent back. I'll spend slightly more and get a much better product.

could be overall better made for the price. more mounting options and hardware needed.
