Even with multiple thick applications, some sitting for over an hour, I got zero satisfaction removing old polyurethane from wooden doors.

It works. ok, I had to apply it 3 times to some exterior wood that was primed and had oil based paint over it. i also left it overnight for best results. in the morning the paint was wrinkled and flaking. i scraped off what i could and applied the paint stripper again. i will still have to wash the wood down then sand it but this has helped a lot. don't expect miracles but this will get you 3/4 of the way there.

This stuff is brilliant, I have a house full of floorboards covered in Woodstain. Black paint and grey paint!! I’ve painted this on, left for an hour and paint scraped it off and washed and the beautiful 1930s floorboards are back. A sanding man wanted £900 for the same job

Bought for my husband for his project. He said it was perfect for stripping off thick paint.

Not as effective as hoped. Had to try several applications. Needs to be put on thick.

Absolutely useless for removing paint from brickwork. I left it on for the advised time and nothing happened. So left it on over night, still nothing happened. Had to wash brickwork down to remove it. I would have removed more paint if I scrapped the bricks with a scouring pad !!!
