I honestly haven't had much luck with AdTech so I was leery about such a big purchase, but I'm glad I did. These are a world away from cheaper AdTech sticks. They have decent viscosity, and harden a little faster than Gorilla, which took some getting used to, but they hold extremely well. Haven't had anything pop out. They're very rigid when they cure, so probably not a good bet on anything flexible, but I haven't had a problem with things snapping apart when knocked that I had with other rigid hot glue. Color is fine, translucent with an amber tinge, and stringing is about what I expect from glue. It's a pain, but I've tried string-less glues and... You're gonna get strings. As an aside I tried on Styrofoam on the lowest setting and they worked fine and didn't melt it. Just don't let the hot metal tip touch the foam.

I have an interior trim company and swear by this product. Extremely strong on wood. I use it to glue my base and crown outside corners together.

Most hot glue is weak. This is real permanent glue bond. I actually trust this glue to hold.

After a disastrous start using discount glue sticks, we switched to these and had tremendous success with our Memorial Day Poppy art exhibition! Each poppy weighs between 1-2.5 pounds and these glue sticks held the hangers perfectly, even from the ceiling!

The diameter on these glue sticks are wrong or something, because our two guns do not work properly with them. The trigger sticks and you have to push the trigger back into place every pump. We go through hundreds of glue sticks every year and I thought I 'd try these out as they're a bit cheaper. Mistake!
