Does this scanner support all bi-directional controls and special services if the subscription isn't renewed in 3 years?

D7S support all bi-directional controls and special services, but please note that function menus vary across vehicles, even if the 3 years free subscription is expired, it can also support these functions, just make sure you have downloaded the vehicle software and not delete them. For any questions, just reach to us via xtooltoolsus@outlook.com.

Can I do mileage correction on a 2019 ford f350 xlt diesel 4x4? I'm running smaller tires and putting too many extra miles than normal each year.

I’ll need to check for you. I have 3 other people ahead of you

What all do this come with ? does it come with part to clone keys ?

Nope. Just the OBD II unit itself. I bought an optional extension cable separately, but it’s not required.
