Working perfectly fine from the last 6 months. No issues, easy to install and can be installed on it's own. Loved device. I have connected it to my alexa. Perfect solution for smart home.

The product is good, easy to operate, compact, and offers great value for money. It works perfectly but supports only 2.4GHz WiFi (not 5GHz), which isn’t a major issue.This is my first Aziot smart switch, though I’ve used other brands before. Installation was tricky due to an unreadable wiring diagram (tiny font in the guide) and no clear illustration on their website. However, I found a better diagram under the Homemate brand, which appears to be the same switch, making installation smooth.Customer support was unresponsive on WhatsApp calls and chat. However, the switch integrates seamlessly with Alexa and Google Home, supporting easy scheduling and automation.Despite minor issues, it’s a great product, and I’ll be making a second purchase from Aziot!

Been ordering this product in more quantities in the last 7 months.Plus1. Built quality. Incredible. I have played around from very expensive Fibaro switches to chinese to some Indian products. This is really good2. Uses standard smart life app. Which makes it one of the best. Reliable app and good response time which is used by millions of products3. Because of the openness of the system, you can easily integrate it with Home assistant for more complexes automation.4. Happen to open one of it and see inside. They have used some good relays.5. Worth it for the price6. No problem with wifi, size etc.

So far good. Easy to install and does the work. I will edit if quality goes down after some more usage.

So the switch stopped working after 3 months… now I can’t manually switch light on/off either… bluetooth not working either … i’ll have to call electrician and ask him to remove the switch to be able to operate it manually… so paid once to get it installed and need to pay again to get it removed within 3 months… and not just one switch…. 5 out of eight have stopped working within a span of 4 days.

I bought this product from Amazon and regarding connection, we face much problems. The technical team helped us a lot multiple times to get connected. Customer care / service technician's support is very much appreciated. Started using and it's very much convenient and easy. It's service our purposes and connections are well explained through their video. Question is only how long we can use this product. Also if the unit is not working in order to check the unit, we have to open the entire switch board. Altogether fully satisfied customer now. I recommending others to go ahead for purchase. I will be buying more units . Wishing all the best . Tks.
