USB DK-X1

I needed a “false” battery for my Sony ZV-1 for live streaming and long filming sessions. This absolutely has done the trick and is a miracle for me. It makes filming a breeze so that I don’t have to worry about running out of battery mid-film or mid-stream. I had to also purchase a camera mount for the bottom because you have to leave the battery lid open to use this product because of the wiring. So the mount helped with allowing it to remain open while screwing into a tripod. Battery life is non-existent since it’s endless, great fit in the Sony ZV-1, great value, and quality false battery.

Measured the output voltage and it was 4.235v under no load which was close enough not to damage the camera. The camera worked fine and no interference was observed in the video or audio and no warnings etc. Too early to comment about longevity of the product. Much safer to use this than some other products that just dump the 5v from the USB connector into the battery terminals. Also the dummy adapter DK-X1 allows you to directly connect a single cell Li-Ion / Li-Po battery (ex. 18650) with a suitable barrel connector if necessary (Do at your own risk. Ensure proper polarity to prevent equipment damage).

I can’t tell you how much time this thing has saved me when shooting videos at home from not having to change and charge batteries all the time! The battery life on the Sony zv1 is not the greatest so I started looking for a solution and came across this thing. Once I plugged this thing in, I was amazed. I had unlimited power the entire time I was filming! This plug and play so anyone can use it very easily! No extra steps required!

Yes it does work with my Sony ZV-1. However, when connected with a lav mic, the video output has a distorted/hiss/static audio sound in the recording because of this electrical adapter. When this adapter is connected to a battery pack it does not produce the static sound. Those who have experienced this, please provide a workaround if any since I want to use the electrical power and not a battery pack. Please help and thanks in advance.

Elle tient bien, une bonne longueur de câble et depuis quelques mois que je l'ai n'a posé aucun pb. Le seul hic, c'est de ne plus pouvoir fermer le clapet à batterie. Bought this for my Sony ZV-1 and it works perfect for continuous streaming. I wasn’t sure it would work but it does!

Avevo parecchi dubbi sul funzionamento per la mia SONY ZV1, invece funziona alla perfezione. Oltre al powerbank l'ho provato anche con il caricabatterie del telefono a corrente e va da paura. Super soddisfatto per il prodotto e la puntualità di AMAZON

Comprei para poder utilizar a minha Sony ZV1 como webcam. Não tenho muito a dizer sem ser que cumpre extremamente bem o propósito, permitindo-me manter a câmara ligada durante horas. Recomendo a 100% a qualquer pessoa que tenha necessidade de manter o equipamento ligado por longos períodos.
