I love the soft start when trigger is pulled and the different drill accessories are incredibly useful. ULTRA quie, too. Easy to change heads for different tasks and small but very solid feeling...not light and plasticy junky feeling. Great for lighter drilling and driving. I have bigger, stronger drills and impact drivers for the heavy duty tasks. My hands are a little arthritic now and this little guy allows me to do more without resting (removed 30 outlet and switch covers for a painting job at twice the speed of normal). I wish it had a better quality case that had moulded areas for each accessory head to keep everything in place, but that is a minor gripe. Just bought a second set for my other business! BUY it. You won't regret it. I may need to buy a 3rd one for my son's tool kit (he's 10).
