During installation I did have to remove the conical shaped filter from the water inlet port to ensure the fitting was watertight There may be a different fitting available that will allow the filter to be retained and remain watertight. Easy th o programme like many similar timers.

**Q: Do the fittings work in europe? when i look at the fittings, they don't look familiar. all the videos are done by the people from the us.**
A: The one I bought came from the US, I don't know why, and the fitting at the outlet didn't fit my fittings. I was told by Orbit, that it is different over there. No good for me. I dismantled the unit and swapped the pieces over, which cured the problem; sending it back was going to take ages and cost a fortune.

A: The timer How Often setting can be set to 6hr, 12hr, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 days.
