Elegance Bird Feeding

It looks great is sturdy and fits together snugly a real feature in our garden. The copper colour enable the feeding station to blend into any garden situation. The anchor base ensures it is secured solidly. With 5 hanging feeder hooks a seed tray and a water tray we are looking forward to seeing a more varied group of birds in our garden improving the environmental aspects overall very impressed with our purchase

A substantial bird feeder which looks good in the garden.The ground anchor is excellent and has made it very secure. We spent more than normal in the hope that this one would last a lot longer than the cheaper ones.Due to the quality/diameter of the poles we think that it probably will. Only marked as a 4 as we feel there is a design fault as the top section needs to be removed to clean the water dish.we are considering leaving the water dish off but for now will continue to partly dismantle.

Plus: Robust and well made. Pricier than your average feeding station but it looks very durable and the “spade” base makes for a rigid station that’s not affected by wind. Minus: Poor design of water bowl and metal basket means they get covered in feed and bird poo and they can’t be easily removed for cleaning. They both need to be fixed onto an arm and made removable for cleaning.

Top quality, very sturdy, strong and good looking feeding station. Probably best on market..( having worked in horticulture I have seen lots of very poor quality feeding stations ) withstands winds on our exposed hillside garden and arms support the many birds that rest on them... even larger birds like Jackdaws. Only issue is not being able to remove water dish for cleaning 😔 but I use kitchen towel or old rags to mop up and clean out weekly.

Lovely product well made. But very disappointed with high price from Amazon. If you look around you can get this same feeding station £100 cheaper. Didn’t realise till after through away packages or would have sent it back. Sorry Amazon but shameful price 😡

I got the "Elegance" feeder, which is fixed into the earth by a spike and four fins on the tube, which are about 7 or 8 inches from the end of the spike. It came with a rubber bung which you insert into the tube before you hammer it in so you don't damage the thread. I had no trouble getting it into the ground although there's been a bit of rain recently so earth wasn't rock solid. The other two tubes then screw into the tube below, you just need to be careful not to cross-thread them. If you wanted to for any reason you could just screw the top tube straight into the bottom one to reduce the height. The top "branches" come in two pieces (each with two opposing branches) , which fit independently so you could set the lower set at a different height if you wis,. The finial (and attached branches) drops into the top of the tube and is secured by a screw fixing. The seed and drinks trays fit independently so we have left them off as we get pigeons and want this to be for the smaller birds. The colour (copper) looks great and overall we are very pleased with it. We haven't yet seen how stable it is through the winter weather (hence 4 stars) but it feels sturdy enough to withstand pretty harsh weather.
