I have an autoimmune disorder and had both a vitamin B and D deficiency. My levels weren’t increasing much with regular supplements. One doctor thought I may have a “conversion problem” and suggested I try a methylated B complex. MY LEVELS HAVE INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY taking these when regular B vitamins hadn’t worked!!!
