Can you post a picture of the instructions on the box? Mine came with a label covering instructions and no detailed instructions inside the box.

Mine had no detailed instruction sheet. Basic usage is 10-15min for cold or hot. Around that time, the temp is balancing, Additional time doesn't do much good But 10-15 is what most therapists use.

How cold does the ice back get?

It gets very cold but doesn’t last very long. It will last at least 20 minutes if you want to do 20 minutes on and 20 off. I think that’s why there are for ice packs

How long do these stay cold, please?

They stay cold enough to use for at least 45 mins. It would take a couple of hours to get then all the way back to room temp.
