Excellent quality bread flour. Bought it by mistake as I was looking for very strong white flour and didn't read properly. I wanted to return as soon as I opened the parcel but I couldn't so I gave it a try. Bread is bouncy made in the bread maker and it has a nice taste unlike many other brands. I will definitely eat more wholemeal bread. Looking forward to try the white one.

Decent flour for bread making
Great flour, with good flavour and texture. A bit expensive in single packs, so will buy in larger quantities now we know its good stuff.

VERY,VERY GOOD FLOUR
Made a loaf in the bread maker and it turned out lovely. Good light taste with a nutty flavour. Mixed well and had a good rise. Milled very good and has almost the consistency if icing sugar. Usually buy Shipton Mill flour and wanted to try this brand. Did pay well over the top for this size bag but only wanted a small bag to try.(cheaper on Marriage's website). Cheapest Canadian Wheat I have seen and is supposed to be the best for bread makers. Will be buying more but in a bigger quantity

would have been better if I had the whole bag. The bag arrived split and so me of the flour was in the box instead of the bag. because it is food it cannot be returned, so I lost out on that one.
