are they universal CO2 60L?

According to the instructions provided, it uses only "Quick Connect" compatible cartridges.

Is the co2 connector accessible from the back? we use a hose to connect to an external co2 bottle and need to tighten with a wrench.

This sodastream is a newer model which you click the bottle in (pink co2).

Can u adjust amount of carbonation ?

Yes, you can. You can hold the button down for 1-5 seconds to carbonate the water. If you want less carbonation, hold it for 1-2 seconds and longer for more.
