Orthopedic Memory Foam Pillow 70 x 42 x 15 cm, Neck support, Visco Elastic Soft Gel,

I have bought so many pillows lately as I was injured in a motorbike accident and am dealing with neck and shoulder pain. I also have to sleep on my side, I cannot sleep on my back. Its been months of discomfort, pain, and lack of sleep which is wearing me down. This is by the far the best pillow I have tested (out of 15 I bought recently!), the density is just perfect for me (I am 6ft 3 and a big guy), and I found the best long term comfort with this pillow all night. At half price currently on Amazon it is an absolute bargain, I would easily have paid full price for this, because for the last week I have slept better than ever. it really is so hard getting a good pillow and one that almost seems made for you, this is the one for me. It doesnt make any kind of noise when moving, its not too hot, its the right height (not too thin and not too fat) and its super flexible and soft, while offering enough support.

I have had this pillow for several months now. I am a big man with a big, presumably heavy, head. I have also had problems with a stiff and painful neck since a bike accident many years ago. This is certainly one of the most comfortable pillows I have used, and for me gives the right amount of support for the head and neck. This is more supportive and comfortable than previous dunlopillo and memory foam pillows I have tried (though not perhaps as 'snuggly' as my goose down pillow). I prefer this to the slimmer (less thick) version also by Sabeatex which I bought at the same time. (The thinner version may suit those with smaller shoulders/heads but with my wide shoulders and big head the thinner one almost feels like lying with my head on the mattress). I do not find that it makes my head hot and sweaty during the night as can happen with some memory foam pillows. I would not hesitate to recommend this pillow ... though obviously what is right for me may not be right for everyone.

Update 16 Feb 2020 Almost two years after daily use, the memory foam has started to sag and give me neck ache. Shame as it was a wonderful pillow. Will need to get a new one. The seller kindly provided a refund as it's not supposed to happen. Great service! ********************** This pillow has transformed my relationship with sleep! I used to hate sleeping and found it very uncomfortable with pains in my neck on a regular basis, then having to get massages or do exercises to stretch out the muscles. With this pillow, I've not had such a comfortable sleep in years and the dreams are amazing! It's like the dream fairies stored in this pillow whisper sweet thoughts and dreams whilst you're sleeping encouraging you to sleep longer and with less interruption. You only need the one pillow as it's the perfect height and moulds to your head weight and sleep pattern, be it in your side, back or front. Definitely buy it if you like your pillow soft/medium and yet still supportive! Next to my wife, this is the best thing to share your bed with!

It’s heavy

Choosing a pillow is a nightmare if it's essential for a good night's sleep. Years ago I had terrible neck pain from working at a laptop for hours on end. I got it fixed and at the time the osteopath recommended I buy a contoured pillow. It was great and I've never had a problem since - in more than 20 years. However the pillow clapped out - to be honest it should have been replaced years ago, but I didn't want to do anything in case the pain came back. I spent a while researching the reviews and decided to go with the Sabeatex which is more of a traditional shape. I bought the thicker version too - and then thought I may have goofed. However it's been great for me (I say that because clearly every condition is slighlty different). It comes with a padded zip case and then if you take that off there is another thinner fabric case. Take that off and you have the inner rubber/plastic pillow material which has holes through it. It's a quality product that I personally find very comfortable and would recommend anyone trying one.

I have bought many pillows in my time, in the search for one that doesn’t leave me with neck ache! Hurrah! I believe I’ve finally found the perfect pillow in the form of this number. It’s a good size (with a spare cover) and it feels like heaven the minute my head hits it. I’ve slept so much better after using it (I’m an insomniac!) and can honestly say that this, along with the AMAZING new puffy quilt I bought at the same time (reviewed separately if you’re interested) has given me the best rest I have had in a long time. The price is great too! Highly, highly recommended.

I bought the Sabeatex 13cm pillow and it was just a bit too thick for me, but this 9cm Sabeatex is just right for my neck/back problems. I get the right amount of support but it is not too high or thick, it is soft but doesn't collapse and bounces back into shape almost straight away. I can't cope with a deep pillow so a slimmer one like this is best for me but of course it won't suit everybody but I would highly recommend it.
