But, I will say I purchased this product based on reviews and research on the Company. They are easy to swallow and so far no stomach upset as I've had in the past with other brands. I'll come back and update in about a month or so as to effectiveness of product on joint pain!

These capsules are very large and taste terrible. On top of that, you have to take 3 of them! You cannot return, so be sure they’re what you want!
