This Vacuum is a game changer!
UPDATE: Lowering my review to 4 stars for one reason: the vacuum has trouble returning to the dock and sometimes ends up not docking, not charging, or not emptying. It’s inconsistent but happens regularly. I have tried clearly the map and that helps some. I have had several robot vacuums over the years including a cheap $99 “dumb” robot vacuum, Roborock, and Roomba. I needed another vacuum that mopped now that I have hardwood and tile and a second floor. I did a TON of research and landed on the Deebot N10+. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and it has been amazing! I absolutely recommend it if it’s in your budget. QUICK SUMMARY PROS: * Quiet even on boost suction * Extremely high suction * Large water tank for mopping * Auto emptying works well * Picks up pet hair without brush tangling * Mapping works very well * Able to mark no-mop areas like rugs * Able to go weeks without having to empty CONS: * Auto emptying is loud * Must buy replacement bags * No extra mop pad in the box DETAILED REVIEW I have two dogs (Siberian husky and a Heeler) that shed a ton of dog hair. Vacuuming everyday is required but not an option for me time-wise. Between that and normal dirt I have the robot vacuum scheduled to run twice a day. This robot vacuum does a great job in every important aspect, from the obvious vacuuming and mopping to ease of setup and a user friendly app. SETUP It was incredibly easy. Out of the box the only thing I had to do (besides remove the plastic) was screw on the two side brushes, and attach the vacuum bag. (The cord and everything else was already out together.) After that I opened the lid of the vacuum and scanned the QR code to download the app and followed instructions to finish setting up. APP The app is not only easy to use, it has some really neat features that set it a tier above other robot vacuum apps. The vacuum runs an initial mapping run, then actually identified separate rooms automatically (on roborock and roomba you have to manually split rooms by drawing) and allows you to easily name, merge, or split them. Scheduling allows you to set “do not disturb” time to avoid running late at night, the order the rooms are cleaned in, continue cleaning after recharging if the battery is low, and even set the suction level and mopping level room by room. It has options for no-go zones, no-mop zones, etc. You can also set reminders to replace the mop cloth, empty the bin, and replace filters, etc. Important note: The app recommends how often to empty the vacuum based on your floors and dirt level. I ignored this at first and the bin was so packed with dirt and hair that it had trouble emptying. After choosing “every 20 minutes for areas with lots of pet hair” I haven’t had a single issue since. The vacuuming is absolutely perfect. I’m not sure what else to say. It’s about 2x quieter than my Roborock S5, never misses a spot, and clean my entire house on one charge. I noticed a few places it got stuck and simply set up a marker to avoid that area. The mopping is pretty good and has the largest water tank I’ve seen for a robot vacuum (3x bigger than my roborock.) It detects when the mop is attached and adjust the cleaning accordingly (avoiding no mop zones.) it won’t scrub your floors obviously, but keeps them clean in between deep cleans. I’ve found it’s especially great for rainy days when my pups track in water or dirt through the doggy door. I keep discovering new little settings and features that add to how much I like this vacuum. I’m more impressed with it the more I use it.

DO NOT BUY - only lasted us a few months past its warranty!
DO NOT BUY!!! The product only lasted a few months past its warranty! We purchased this in April 2024 and it stopped working properly in July 2025. The product warranty is only 1 year long. Here are the issues; 1) It can no longer get off its base without help 2) After helping it off its base, it can no longer orient itself properly to get back on the base. (See video) 3) Once we help it back on, it can no longer charge unless we “prop up” its back so the leads make contact 4) It needs to re map the whole house each time! When you first purchase it - it “maps the house” - you basically need to let it roam the house and it draws out a map - then you work on the app to block off no-mop zones (rugs and cables). The whole thing takes about an hour for my home. Now, every time it mops, it can no longer recognize the house - and needs to remap (if we want it to avoid certain areas). It’s supposed to be a one time thing… We called customer service, they politely told us to purchase parts that “might be the issue” and to go to a service center because the product is past its warranty.

Good value
We have had this little Deebot N10 Plus vacuum for a month now. Set up was easy even though the instructions or the app are lacking detailed explanations. During the initial mapping of the floor plan, it got “lost” causing it to start mapping at about a 45 degree angle. After moving the robot back to the base and restarting it, it was able to successfully complete the full mapping process. Since then, it has refined the mapping and now completes the cleaning process about 25% faster than the first few cleanings. It did get stuck on some wires under the beds as well as a phone charging cord. After using some tires to secure the wires up off the floor and creating virtual boundaries around other obstacles, it has run without any problems. The auto empty function works flawlessly and there is no noticeable dust around the base indicating that it is not leaking or blowing dirt out in to the room during the process. We do not use the mopping function. We have new carpet and do not want to have it running a mop pad across the carpet. We use this robot on daily schedule of high traffic areas every day and bedrooms every other day. We have noticed a reduction in the frequency that we need to dust our furniture. We realize that we will still need to use a traditional vacuum to get the areas the robot cannot reach and we don’t expect it to clean along the walls as well as a traditional vacuum. We knew that when making this purchase. That said, this robot has exceeded our expectations and is one of the best appliance purchases we have ever made. This is a very good value for the price, $350. Were highly recommend the Deebot N10 plus.

my first robot vac and I'm happy
So far it holds up to the shed of a husky. The mopping is okay if you're not cleaning up a big spill. Some items that are particularly flat have difficulty being picked up by suction. You may need to run the cleaning process a few times but it's still better than manual labor. It's not too loud that my dog or the resident cat hate it but I'm sure indivual results will vary. I noticed the cheaper robots dont have the self emptying charging station so this was pretty decent. Mine is set to auto clean daily. When I come home my floors are clean. You can control and monitor the vacuum anywhere in the world as long as you have a network connection. That's pretty cool. The app is kind of a mess but it works. There's built in ads to upgrade but it is what it is. Overall I do like this vacuum and the Ecovacs brand. One amusing thing I've noticed is the robot is able to detect the cat when she's hiding under the bed and shows up as a little blip on the map.

Extremely happy
I’ve been using Deebot for almost 1.5 years now. Probably my best purchase in a very long time. It’s compact in size. The setup is only few steps and the instructions are very clear. The suction power is very good and it almost leaves my home spotless most times. It’s a very night quality product and is bang for the buck,

Poor software and navigation make it almost unusable.
Deebot N10 plus. On the plus side, it seems to clean well when it runs. On the downside, the navigation and mapping is so bad that it is almost useless. 1. App is sketchy. 1.1 It's not possible to divide an area into seperate rooms even though there is a doorway between the rooms. Keeps giving error about limiting the division to the area selected and refuses to divide the area even though the requested division is contained within the selected division and indicates an acceptable dividing line in the software. Not being able to properly divide large areas into proper rooms makes it far less useful for scheduled cleaning. 2. Navigation is poor. 2.1 The cleaning path the robot follows is incredibly inefficient with it cleaning small random sections of the room in no discernable order, cleaning the same section multiple times, and completely ignoring other areas. 2.2 the robot drives around aimlessly at the start of a cleaning cycle before finally heading to the area it is intended to vacuum. 2.3 robot ignores invisible walls and no go areas about half the time. 2.4 robot gets confused and gets "stuck" (reports stuck, stops cleaning, and requires intervention) in an area with no obstructions and nothing obviously unusual about the area. Observing the robot, it gets into some sort of endless loop where it moves a few inches, tries the exact same move again, moves a few inches, tries again and just repeats this until it gives up and declares stuck. And this is in a wide open area at the corner of a doorway - hard floor, no rugs, no cords, no obstacles, or anything else that would impede the robot's motion. 2.5 robot has stopped and reported "unable to find the charging dock" - literally within 1 meter of the dock! 3. Dock errors. Have only had the robot a few weeks and have had multiple messages to replace the (virtually empty) dust bag. No idea why it keeps issuing this message. 4. Robot errors. Have only had the robot a few weeks and have several occasions in which I come back and the robot has simply stopped somewhere with a message to clean sensors. Sensors are obviously clean when checked. Reset the robot without cleaning sensors and it runs fine until the next time. (I did clean the sensors between runs even though there was no apparent dust buildup) Summary: Cleaning performance is fine. However, shortcomings in the software and navigation make this unusable as a time saving device. Too many errors (for no apparent reason) and requires far too much manual intervention to complete a cleaning cycle. My older RoboRock worked flawlessly in this same space with no intervention ever needed (except to empty the dust bin). Moved the RoboRock downstairs and replaced it with this Deebot for the auto empty capability, but will be moving the RoboRock back upstairs as emptying the dustbin is far less trouble than this Deebot has been. Would not recommend.

Do not purchase - especially if you have dogs or kids, or long hair
Would work well in an empty house. Certainly not recommend if you have kids, dogs, or other humans in the house and objects around, carpets, shoes, toys. The robot will not work well. The auto empty function does not work if the bin contains long hair, dog hair. Robot constantly struggles if objects are on the floor. Loses the map of the house every other day, you need then to reboot the app. If you let it run when you are gone, chances are that it will get stuck somewhere, or keep vacuuming but with a full bin and thus very low efficiency. The mop function does not work either, leaves some traces of water but the mop does not entirely touch the floor. Certainly not worth the money. Can get a brand new powerful Dyson for the same price

Game changer in keeping floors clean
This machine / robot is a game changer in keeping my home clean. I purchased it four months ago. I have it programmed to clean different parts of my daily. It differentiates between carpet/rugs/hardwood floors with ease. It cleans both exceptionally well, exceeding my initial expectations. I purchased this model with the auto-empty station and I am glad I did. Sometimes, the robot will return to self-empty and then return to vacuuming. I have only used the mopping feature a couple times and decided I need to start with a mopped floor and I am sure this machine will keep the floors sparkling. I have taken the roller off twice to clean and haven't yet needed to replace any parts or empty the bag. I am extremely happy I made this purchase and it is well worth the money. I recently purchased another for another floor of my home.
