I am really pleased with the player!!! It comes with an sd card and WiFi which connects seamlessly and enables use of music apps and the Internet. I also got excellent customer service from the Sellers as they were very helpful in resolving an initial glitch! Their communication was response was prompt and effective! I highly recommend this Mp3 Player! Overall excellent performance, Good battery time, Great connectivity as well!!!

I returned a HiBy because of a lack of playlist support so I was very surprised to see that the music player on this is a HiBy AND has a simple playlist function. Baffling but saved me £30 buying this instead. It's Android so has a bunch of apps that you can get rid of if you don't want them. I use this for sleep so a pretty standard 7-8 hours a night. It lasts two and a half nights with the screen off, using bluetooth. It is very fussy about recharging, I've got a cable that it will charge from the mains with and one that it will charge off a PC from but that was quite a voyage of discovery/panic figuring out why it wasn't charged and with the threat of return to Amazon hanging over its head.

A long term autoimmune disease and multiple medications mean that I sleep badly and am very reliant on radio, podcasts etc that I can listen to without disturbing my husband. Some weeks ago I accidentally put my trusty iPod nano in the wash with our sheets and had to replace it. This has worked brilliantly so far. It’s sturdy, comfortable in my hand and the charge lasts for several nights. The Spotify app is great and is supplying my podcasts and audiobook, while the radio tuned in to all the programmes that I need without any problems. I’ve not yet tried photos or video. The sound is fine, but I’m only listening overnight, so I’ve not tested it during the day. And the earphones supplied are adequate for the moment….again I’m not asking for high quality, just clear sound that I can control easily. Probably expensive for what I want, but it feels as though it’s going to last, so price per use will fall fast. And I bought the little case too so that I can put everything away properly and make sure that this one doesn’t go in the wash!

I started using this device with my PC to put music on it and the water cooler on my PC started to malfunction. This could have seriously damaged my CPU! I can't prove it was this device but when attached to my PC the front fan lights would shut off. Later they would flash red and my computer would warn me of pump failure. I would also not trust using the apps to log into your accounts on audible and Itunes... Since buying this I have also had several fishing emails from "Amazon" telling me to reply to messages people left on my review but the link was not to Amazon. I will probably return it as now I have no way to use the device in a way that I trust.

Follow Up Review The manufacturer contacted me and promptly replaced the faulty item. There doesn't seem to be any issues with charging like last time and using it has been painless. It is definitely one to use with headphones. Do not reply on the built in speakers as these are very tinny and lacks any bass. Both units have been like that. Built in memory could have been larger but this is easily expanded with a micro SD card but be aware….NOTE do not think you can fill the SD card with all your Spotify or audiobooks and just listen to them with the built in Spotify or Audible apps…… not that straightforward which is very unfortunate. The main use I find it for is that I can store a few audiobooks and download a few playlists and use it rather than always draining my iPhone battery. Thank you Customer Service - job well done !!! Quality was mediocre to be honest compared to some of the other devices I have owned but the real kicker is that after a few weeks the device has just died and no matter how much you charge it, it shows no spark of life

Seems like it would be good for an adult with a Spotify or Amazon music account... But we bought it for our daughter to listen to music with her Amazon music account... However, even though it has an Amazon music app, the app doesn't let you change between family profiles like you can on a phone or a tablet... So ultimately it's a bit of a waste of time.

Bought on 24 Oct 2023. I've been using it almost every day for the last 8 months and it still works well. Good battery life, charges super fast. I know this item has quite a few bad reviews but so far my experience has been very positive.
