The best essential oils I have brought to l date!

Brilliant oils. I recently started using a diffuser and find the aroma from the blend of oils wafting from the diffuser is very calming and relaxing. I believe that use with the diffuser is for me the best way to benefit from the oils unless using for medicinal or massage purposes. I feel it is a lot more effective than the burning of insence or using the traditional burner with a candle underneath it. The selection of oils is varied and the recipe book plus information re the properties of each of the oils is useful and helps to guide you to the different uses. I could have selected less expensive oils but was after the quality and in addition, I love Ylang Yland as a fragrance but found very few of the packs of oil that also offered this. I used to use oils pretty regularly over the years but had stopped. Buying this set enabled me to have a good selection of oils at a reasonable price, especially when I compared what many health shops and other suppliers are charging for a single bottle of essential oil, I knew I was getting good value for money. Well done Essence of Arcadia, would buy again.

Previously I have bought the odd bottle of aromatherapy oil. However this was a fantastic opportunity for me to experiment with a selection of oils without having to buy individual bottles at much greater expense. These oils smell more strongly than the oils I had previously bought, so I am assuming that these oils are of a superior quality. The whole set of oils are presented in a nice sturdy box, which keeps them together for ease of access. There's a helpful booklet enclosed which describes what each oil is beneficial for, which is useful for a novice like myself. However, and this in no way detracts from the oils themselves, the only criticism I have is that the very small white writing on the pale blue background in the booklet was very difficult to read, even with my glasses on! We don't all have 20/20 vision unfortunately. All in all, a brilliant purchase though and I am most happy with my purchase

Great selection of quality oils. Most of them are fantastic, high-quality oils. Misses out on five stars because the booklet was sparse (only a few recipes that cover a fraction of the oils included), one of them is a "mixture" (and not a particularly good one), and the lavender smelt very different to those I've used in the past (although it does smell good in a diffuser!).I'm also disappointed Essence of Arcadia ONLY do these oils -- this isn't their Top 14 set. This IS their set.All-in-all though, superb set of oils with the Bergamot and Ylang-ylang standing out as beautiful aromas -- at a fantastic price.

Untill now, I haven't yet come across such quality oils for such little money. Until I received these and started using them, It was quite hard to believe that these oils would be sufficient for my aromatherapy needs,when many other companies can charge nearly this amount but for only one 15ml bottle! And the selection in this pack are outstanding. Usually sets like this only contain two or three oils that are a necessity For any aromatherapy recipes, then the rest are uncommon cheaper oils , however, not this set. every single oil in this pack are on the list of much needed oils for those just starting with oils or indeed, qualified aromatherapists who are reordering !. I use oils for all sorts of things. I use them every day from shampoos & hair treatments, home fragrance, cleaning solutions to hand soaps, massage, headache soothing, cuts, pains and relaxation. I have now defiantly found my permanent supplier of oils and will certainly be re ordering from "essence of Arcadia" in the future and recommending to friends and family!! Other things reviews have already mentioned, like fabulous packaging are certainly true incase your thinking of buying as a gift. The company after sales are 5 star also, very fast delivery also . I can't recommend this company enough.!

Good to have a choice of so many different oils but I have to put quite a few drops into my diffuser to create the aroma. The oils are not that strong but smell great. I used to buy Neals Yard oils , they are much stronger and create fantastic scent , even the room sprays so maybe I am once you get used to something then it is hard to find the same quality but you get what you pay for and this product is a great value for money. I have not received the promised book but when I phoned up Amazon they gave me 10 pounds refund.

Essence of Arcadia offer two sets of their most popular essential oils in this, a six-set edition and also in a more expensive 14-set version.Whilst the larger of the two sets contains the same oils as this one the advantage to first-time buyers of oils - either for their aroma or for massage, is that this one gives you the opportunity to try them out first for a very reasonable price.I have reviewed the 14 set and given them a five star rating and I must say that this set is of exactly the same quality.The only real difference between the two sets is that this one does not include the booklet with information about the product.Quite frankly whilst this is a great set to get started with I am sure that you will be so pleased with these oils that you will have wished that you had gone straight for the 14 oil set - but if money is an issue than I have to say that this is an absolute bargain given the amount of use you will get from these very high grade oils.Please note: This independent review is of a product supplied by Essence of Arcadia.
