Arrived promptly, fitted easily and does exactly what I wanted it to. My only query is the two "arms" (one each side): I found these got in the way so I removed them, but you may find them just what you needed. I also cable-tied it to the handlebars, to stop it moving around over bumps, etc. Good, strong product: recommended.

Broken on arrival

It's a good sturdy hook that loops over the handlebars and the bar with loops slots into the back of your wire frame bicycle basket while the base of the basket sits on the bottom part of the frame. Plastic coated wire looks quite good and should last well. My only gripe is that when I ordered it there were no measurements across the width of the bit that goes into the basket, and they are clearly not universal as this did not fit my basket and I had to make holes in the mesh back of the basket to ram the support into it. As the basket and bicycle are not glamorous it doesn't matter and it will all hold together but it was annoying.

Working well at present, sturdy and well made. Holds my black basket in place perfectly.
