These are perfect for when my sugar levels fall too low. I keep a bunch in a drawer near my bed so when I wake up and need a quick sugar boost, they are handy. They taste great and are fresh which makes it easier because sometimes I fight eating when my sugars drop too much, but these make me want to eat them. They are a lot cheaper than buying those nasty sugar tablets that you need to eat quite a few just to start raising low sugar levels. They are also great for storing in my purse for emergency use when I go out. One or two packs usually work for me and raise the levels just enough to be safe without over doing it.
