These water-absorbent diatomite coasters are surprisingly impressive. They’re extremely lightweight and do an amazing job at soaking up moisture almost instantly—no more puddles or rings left behind. The rectangular shape gives plenty of coverage, and they look sleek and modern wherever placed. One thing to note: because they’re so light and have that stone-like feel, they do seem a bit fragile. I get the sense that if they were dropped on a hard floor, they might crack or break. As long as you handle them gently, though, they work beautifully. Looks nice , it does stain easily if any colour substance goes in it but they send a sandpaper scrubber which seems to help. Great item for the price .
