ProtoArc XKM01 Full-Size Foldable Keyboard Mouse Combo for Travel, Gray

I love this keyboard! I use it every day at the office, but I can easily fold it up and take it with me if I’m working from another desk, office, or from home. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to carry without sacrificing having a full-size keyboard. The battery lasts so long that I honestly forget it’s even rechargeable until I eventually need to charge it. It also always catches people’s attention when they see it. Definitely one of my favorite and most useful purchases!

Bought this back in 2024 and I am finally having issues pop up where a key will need more force to register. Also the mouse click sometimes needs more force to register as well. Like a light touch doesn't do it anymore. Pretty satisfied with this given the price I paid vs how long I've had it and how often I use it with my work from home job. Recently picked up a second job house sitting so it is also traveling a lot now. Honestly I've only ever had it die out on me once that it actually needed a recharge. Most times I'll pop it on a charge at random every once in a blue moon out of paranoia. Like once every several months. Otherwise it is extremely reliable with staying charged and managing itself with going to sleep on its own to preserve battery. I use the dongle for connection but it does have Bluetooth capabilities I have never explored. I'll probably purchase this again once it fully dies out. My main reason for buying this was the compact foldability and the fact that I only need one dongle for both the mouse and keyboard.

Easy to connect via Bluetooth or USB dongle. Has 2 Bluetooth channels, and a USB dongle so I can connect it to my laptop and iPad and my MacBook switch easily between them without having to disconnect anything or re-pair. There’s a button on the bottom of the mouse to switch devices. Folds up small and is easy to carry in my backpack for business trips but opens up to a full size keyboard. It’s made of sturdy materials as well, I don’t use the padded case it came in because it takes up too much space in my bag, but both keyboard and mouse have held up nicely. I get a lot of comments about how cool it is when I’m traveling. Long battery life and the backlit keyboard and mouse look great and are comfortable to use, and responsive with no lag noted. This is actually the second one I bought in the last 2 years, but only because I misplaced the first one (and found it in my desk after my trip). If you travel and need a keyboard/mouse for your laptop, I highly recommend this one.

I recently started using Canva for my Bookstagram account, and since my Samsung tablet is about the size of a laptop screen, adding a keyboard and mouse just made sense. This setup solved my biggest problem—no more fat-fingering graphics while editing. The keyboard is full-size, which I love because it includes a number pad, dedicated arrow keys, and even a screen capture button. It folds up into a compact case that’s easy to throw in a bag, and the case itself is probably my favorite part. It also charges with USB-C and can connect through either Bluetooth or the included USB receiver, making it easy to use with different devices. I also appreciate that it automatically wakes when you unfold it instead of needing an on/off switch. Compared to a similar keyboard my husband owns, this one has sturdier hinges and a larger layout, although the mouse is slimmer than I personally prefer. The keyboard also feels a little loose when it’s open, but it has never felt unstable while typing. If you’re looking for a portable keyboard and mouse to turn your tablet into a more productive workstation, this is a great option.

This all started by needing a new keyboard as my older one had seen better days. I got it from my employer who provided it at the beginning of Covid for work from home. That was of course more than 5 years ago. Over time it had become...worn out and icky looking. I know which key is which by memory but most of the characters were completely worn out. I have a bad habit of eating breakfast or whatever while working and there were some crumbs and stuff that I couldn't shake out at all. Worst of all, batteries. Not like the batteries needed to be changed often but when they did, of course I didn't have any around and would have to dash to the store to buy some. I had originally bought the mouse and keyboard separately. Then when surfing around Amazon this came up in my feed. I'm back in the office on a hybrid schedule, and while our desks (we do that reserve a desk open office thing now) include a keyboard and mouse, my team and I, well to be frank don't want to use communal keyboards. I already had both items but this really caught my eye because of the carrying case. It fits perfectly in my tote along with my laptop and other office must-haves. Both the mouse and keyboard are super responsive, keyboard is fairly quiet, and the keys are comfortable. I really like that there are no dongles to plug in and deal with because Bluetooth. AND best of all no more batteries to have to remember! I have no idea how long a charge lasts, I just charge the keyboard/mouse once a week at home and have a USBC cable in my tote just in case. ProtoArc makes a lighted version of the keyboard but I decided I would rather have color, so bought the blue one. As my coworker pointed out, I'm not a gamer and there is plenty of light in the office! If it isn't obvious, I really like this purchase especially since I purchased two of them. Five stars!

I finally tried this folding keyboard and mouse on my trip. It's a very well-made set, connects easily to my laptop, and takes up little space when traveling. The full-size keyboard with low-profile keys and a good keystroke is very comfortable. The additional function keys on the keyboard are convenient. The mouse, despite its low profile, fits comfortably in the hand. The battery lasts a long time. I'm very happy with the purchase and recommend it.

Originally ordered this set for working while traveling/outside of the office (my old laptop keyboard had sticky keys), but now I use it full time because of how much I love it! The keyboard takes up much less space on my desk than a traditional keyboard - both it & the mouse are just so sleek. Typing is quicker & quieter than using chunky keys. I specifically wanted a keyboard with a number pad, which this one has. Both the keyboard & mouse seem to hold a very good charge. I haven't been able to track an average time between charges, but my guess would be every couple of months -- and I use this set every weekday for 8+ hours/day, and some on weekends. I use the phone stand that comes in this set almost everyday, as well. It's simple, but very functional -- adjustable at many angles & folds flat for storage. I keep the dongle plugged into my computer, but on occasion will switch to Bluetooth to use my keyboard for typing on my phone. The switch is very seamless & I can switch right back to my computer. My only complaints are as follows: >Although I REALLY like having a 'screenshot' key, it is right beside the backspace key, so I often accidentally press it. Sometimes I can simply press the Esc key to get out of it, but sometimes that doesn't work & I have to use my cursor to exit the screen capture mode. >The up & down arrow keys are kinda small & difficult to locate without looking. The left & right arrow keys are about normal size... so I wish they were all the same size. >My old mouse (different brand) had buttons on the left side that you could click with your thumb to navigate back & forth between pages in a web browser. I really liked that feature, so it would be nice for the mouse in this set to have it.

Keyboard and mouse work great, charged them up and both synced to my device easily via Bluetooth. The storage case holds the items and protects them. The keyboard is extremely thin and flat, this isn’t a negative for typing, but leads to a bit of a comfort issue and is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. I would really give 4.75 if I could. The keyboard doesn’t have any ‘legs’ (the two little feet most keyboards have on the upper back corners that allows you to have the keyboard sit at an angle) so it only lays flat. It is so thin, that it is just ever so slightly above the level of the surface it’s sitting on. Not being able to angle the keyboard up creates a bit of a comfort issue when using. This isn’t a deal breaker for me, and I recommend the set, but being able to angle/raise the keyboard for comfort rather than typing on such a flat surface would be a plus. I charged them up, and when stored, have the mouse switched off. I don’t use these often, but maintaining battery life while stored seems to be pretty good. I’ve had it for several months and haven’t needed to recharge the keyboard or mouse yet. I can’t speak to battery life if being used frequently yet.

I was looking for a portable keyboard as I have a requirement to attend several sites during the week. I wanted a key board which was light to carry, full function and easy to set up. The PtotoArc foldable keyboard was the answer to my dreams, it also came with a superb mouse. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Excellent product

Prodotto conforme a descrizione, materiali di buona qualità, abbinamento a pc immediato. Layout tastiera USA.

Absolutely fantastic keyboard and mouse. Genuinely turns your phone into a workable monitor set up with an extremely small footprint but outstanding results. recommend extremely highly. Works perfectly straight from the box. Beautiful products.

What a fabulous product ! Thank you Howard!! Since seeing a cellphone screen fold up I knew there was a keyboard doing just that somewhere. I didn't even read the instructions on setting up - it works via Bluetooth (BT). The mouse came charged up and within the mouse's compartment is a micro USB stick - an added bonus too. I highly recommend this, as I work off an Umidigi phablet since my cellphone died and haven't found any cellphone to my liking.
