Do you peel back first. Then put it on. And use scraper to remove other layer?

No. Remove the centre piece highlighted in green and position on the screen. Using the adaptors as per manual to hold the screen protector in place, then peel off the bottom section of the protector and use the scraper to seal the film. Remove the adapter and the peel the top layer off and it should be fine. Hope this helps

Does using the s pen leave any marks on the screen protector when screen is off like with other screen protectors seen??

It dies mark but not with s pen, I couldn't get it on without air bubbles so got rid of it, they really are cheap and nasty

I don't think so. Or you can buy a glass screen protector to try which is not better for fingerprint sensor recognition.
