I noticed one day after a cleaning that my water pump wasn’t running as fast and my water was getting gross quicker. After multiple cleanings and still not figuring it out, I detached the pump underneath from the strap that’s holding it on and there’s a switch on one side. It has three levels. I guess during a cleaning the brush hit the switch and knocked it to its lowest setting. Good as new now. Hope someone finds this helpful. Other than that minor user error this tank has been great for our little turtle. Our turtle measures 3” in length and has plenty of room to swim around. He loves to bury himself so we have rocks in the upper level opening. He prefers we drop food in to him one by one in the water so we don’t use the feeding bowl. He loves the ramp and the sides are plenty high enough to keep him in. Overall a GREAT purchase now that I fixed the pump.
