It works well to get rid of mouth sores. It leaves a film over the sore on your mouth. Once the film dries it peels off.

Effective. Works quickly. Pain relief and comfortable. Great for canker sores. Easy to use in mouth but saliva doesn't allow it to last long.

I'm very impressed with this. I tend to have a sensitive mouth and especially during pregnancy I got sore spots on my tongue so easily. I thought this worked very well and fast and the flavor wasn't bad. Did not have that unpleasant numbing taste most products like this tend to have

I didn't buy the other gels because they contained benzocaine and I am allergic. I didn't realize that this contained licorice. It's the second to last ingredient behind flavor.Licorice applied to the gums is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream and is unhealthy. Eating several bags of black licorice can bring on a heart attack because of what it does to potassium. Obviously, I returned this.

I recently had surgery and ended up with a few canker sores in my mouth afterwards. I got this gel and it was a lifesaver. Upon applying, I would get almost immediate pain relief from the sores. Just be aware to not eat or drink when you use this product or it will just wash it away. After a week of use, my sores were healed. It's super easy to use. I feel it is a good value for the price and would not hesitate to purchase again if and when needed.
