**Q: What is the benefit of BL03? What back muscles does it target?**
A: For me personally it requires less grip strength as opposed to the straight bar. The design of the bar allows me to get a full range of motion without fatigue in the forearms if that makes any sense.

For a cheap bar I love this thing. It holds weight properly and helps with targeting lats well. I use it weekly and there are no signs of wear and tear.
