Worked for me.
I did lots of prep on the affected car headlights, which were very bad, using one sheet of wet and dry at 400, 800 and 1200 on each headlight, so a total of six sheets using the entire sheet each time. I also used it wet, not dry. It did not look like it was going to work as each time I washed the headlights with clean water they still looked obscured. However, as soon as I sprayed the lacquer on it transformed them and they now look almost like new, a massive improvement. The only thing I have noticed is that when it rains it leaves marks on the lenses where the water droplets have sat but they wipe off and it still looks good. Do not be impatient with how much you spray on, its not worth it. Take the extra time, keep the coats thin and let them dry before applying more. I was borderline with lacquer build up but just got away with it. I spent a lot of time doing the prep and should have been just as patient applying the lacquer.

Preparation is the key to good results.
Don't assume this product will suddenly and magically restore clouded and dull car headlights. You need to do some work removing the scratches and film build-up on what was the clear plastic lens covering the headlight. Ultra violet rays from the sun, weather and minor stone chips create a deterioration of the manufacturer's UV protective coating, which needs to be removed. You will need to do some wet and dry sanding using variable grit densities followed by polishing with a mildly abrasive liquid compound, by hand or with an electric polisher, will restore the headlights to their original quality and brightness. An hour's work on each headlight will bring those headlights to a gleaming finish. Then, to complete the process and protect the lens from future deterioration, the E-Tech clear coating is applied using the spray can. Follow the instructions that come with the can to get an even finish. This product, with two passes over an hour or so and left for 24 hours to dry hard, is perfect and the results I got were excellent. Put the work in first and you will not be disappointed.

Useful anti-UV laquer for polycarb headlamps, with care.
I applied this after spending a lot of time buffing and polishing a UV light damaged polycarb headlamp cover, so good to find a UV protective, polycarb compatible glaze. I'm no stranger to using aerosol paint sprays, but the polished cover looked slightly better prior to using this than afterwards, perhaps owing to some overspray which I'll tackle at a later date. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, but there is scope to make a mess of it if unused to spray painting.

Easy to use, good value
Although you can get headlight restoration kits containing cleaner and protective wipes, this was the only product I found at a reasonable price which was just the protective coat on its own, without the cleaner (I already had a bottle of Turtle Wax headlamp cleaner). It is easy to apply, you obviously have to clean and prepare the headlamp beforehand and mask off the rest of the car so you don’t overspray onto the body work. You get an included IPA wipe to give it a final clean before applying but I used my own IPA spray. After that it is just 2 applications. The results look good, my headlamps are clear and hopefully this will at least prolong the periods in between restorations. I fully recommend this - there is no point removing the yellowing from headlamps without applying a protector afterwards. I expect this can to last several applications but the only negative is that only 1 IPA wipe is provided so you’ll need to get some more for subsequent applications.

Works well lights look much better
I restored the headlamps and they still looked hazy and milky. After applying the product, the headlamps looked like new almost. Not sure how long it will last, but the coating seems to be quite tough. Follow the instructions. As it does say allow a good 24 hours before driving thee car amd exposing the treated areas to water. The product seems to have dried hard after about 1 hour. And I will use the car tomorrow. Also worked well on the rear high level brake light which had turned pink and hazy. Now looks like new.

Didn’t work for me
Didn’t work for me. Kept drying hazy. Perhaps it was my technique?

Better than all the other clear coats I've tried
MOT coming up and I wasn't sure the headlights would pass. Wet sanded them for 25 mins with P3000 and then again with P7000. Applied 2 thin coats 30 mins apart of this E-TECH Restored Headlight Clear Coat. Important to know that whilst wet the clear coat can look cloudy in patches, but it clears as it dries. Following morning sanded again with P7000 for 5 mins and applied 2 more thin coats. Headlights came up like new. This product is first class and easy to use and at £10.99 saved me £520 on new headlights. A 200ml can is more than enough for 2 large headlights. Top product!

Matte finish
Very difficult to use. Made crystal clear headlights hazy everytime. No technique seemed to make a difference
