Perfect, gentle solution to my Diverticulitis
I suffer from diverticulitis & have struggled for years. Lax+ is the ONLY thing I've found (recommended by my GP practice Nurse). They are very gentle & don't cause any stomach cramps (which everything else dies).

Always have some in.
Very effective, the best I’ve ever taken. One does the job but if you’ve been constipated for a while, take two and you will move. Then just take one a day. Very very good. Take my word.

Gentler than anything else i have ever tried
Shame that even this gave me abdominal cramps. Unpredictable so awkward to live with abdominal cramps, no matter how mild. So finally given in and using Microlax enemas, not totally cramp free but at least i can plan when to use one and when it will be uncomfortable. Plus its not very long. Often still working the following morning. Two a week is fine for me.
