Selenium has been a great addition for supporting my thyroid. I have hypothyroidism, and since using it, I’ve noticed a positive difference in how I feel overall. It’s simple, effective, and something I plan to keep in my routine!

I've bought a lot of Triquetra products, over the years. Their products are always top quality. They're open and proud of the sourcing of each product. They are reasonably priced, despite the quality and sourcing. And they always ship very quickly.

Good and comes in capsule form

I appreciate the use of a dark glass bottle to house the capsules, since it blocks or reduces oxidation/degradation from light. I liked that it includes all 4 organic forms of selenium, which are also the most bioavailable forms, since each type is used by different pathways in the body. Also, despite being sourced from organically grown garlic, there is no pungent odor upon opening the bottle. I wish it was completely grain-free, but for those sensitive, it does include rice flour/fiber. I am okay with this but would like to know if the rice products are also organic and/or if it is from white rice or brown rice, since the latter has been shown to naturally have higher levels of arsenic, which I’d to avoid. Will have to reach out to the company to ask and report back when they reply. Product instructions could not be more clear: “Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.” Side note: I was impressed that there is over 3.5x the RDA in just one capsule. Makes me not be so worried about missing a dose here and there. Also, very economical!
