Very Disappointed – Battery Issue & Poor Build Quality Despite High Price
I ordered this diesel pump for my generator with high expectations. Initially, it worked perfectly and even ran well on the in-built battery. However, once the battery drained and I attempted to charge it (for a very limited time to avoid overcharging), the device stopped working completely. The pump inside is now unresponsive, and it does not charge anymore. This was one of the more expensive products I've purchased, but the quality does not match the price at all. The plastic feels cheap, and overall, the build quality is not satisfactory. Mechanically, when it worked, the pump function was good. But a product that stops working after one battery cycle is simply not reliable. I would strongly advise others not to purchase this product. I request the seller or the company to contact me and provide a solution or fix, as this is highly disappointing. If not resolved, I will continue to discourage others from buying this defective and overpriced item.

Previously used pump sold as new
Ideally it should be a single star because I received a used pump. The completed packaging was absolutely drenched wet. And upon opening further it was evident that this is a used pump. It clearly smelled of DEF and showed signs of previous use. I need to use this for oils and it has already been used with DEF rendering this pump unusable for me. Had very high hopes, will not buy groz again. I purchased 2 pumps earlier, had stopped working was unable to avail any after sales support for those either.

Totally doesn't work
Product doesn't work and totally fake and furious. It's on and off switch doesn't work and don't recharge

Working well but not good for high viscose fluids like detergents...
