OUTSTANDING product!

It's too soft
If you like a very soft pillow you will love this one. Personally I like a firmer pillow and I think over time it's going to go flat quite quickly. Also I don't think the neck support is that great. I have a different pillow that I feel has much better neck support especially if you are on your back.

The only pillow I use
I hate all pillows except this one. Other pillows give me neck pain no matter if they’re firm, soft, down, artificial down, side sleeper, back sleeper- whatever. This pillow cradles my head and supports my neck and I don’t have neck pain or neck spasms anymore.

I should have listened to the reviews
I had two discs replaced in my neck about a year ago. It didn’t really help and I’ve been desperate for relief. I found this pillow hoping it would help. I used in ONE night. It made things WORSE. It’s been three days and I’m still in severe pain. Not only my bones but all of my neck muscles. I wish I had heeded the warnings in the comments. Do not buy this pillow!

Best pillow ever!
I was having extreme neck pain and waking up with headaches. I purchased this pillow and within 3 days, no more pain or headaches! Love it!

Smaller than expected but great
Ever since this pillow arrived the neck pain went away, I won't lie, it felt harder than expected the first couple of weeks but ultimately that was for the good as I haven't had a day of neck pain ever since and it has soften to a more comfortable fit now.
