High Strength Arnica, Comfrey & Calendula Balm

I have had Repetitive Strain Injury in my left elbow, forearm, wrist and hand for several months. I have only used this ointment four times, however although it hasn't cured it (and I don't expect it to in a matter of days) I feel quite a significant reduction in the level of pain. I can now move my left arm with some pain and stiffness whereas before the use of this cream I literally couldn't move my left arm some ways. It does leave a bit if grease but I use a lot, so that is to be expected and it doesn't bother me as long as it works. I think this has definitely lessened the symptoms of my RSI and I can recommend it. 5⭐

Really good for sore muscles and inflamed joints. The effect is not immediate, but after approx half hr you suddenly realise you feel more comfortable. I found it particularly good to use just before going to bed. It can be used as often as you need, as opposed to drug based salves. My skin can be a little dry and sensitive but this balm has not caused me problems. It can take awhile for the skin to absorb so ensure you rub well in. Although these tins seem small, you do not need large amounts and a small amount covers quite a reasonable area. Will use time and time again.

Gorgeous smell, and definitely seemed to ease my bruised and swollen hand after a fall. However, it doesn’t absorb well and leaves a very greasy residue, which renders it unsuitable for me to use during the daytime or at work, as it made my grip very slippery and left oily fingermarks everywhere. Will stick to using it overnight instead.

Absolutely amazing! Pain relief, smells so lovely with a perfectly smooth texture. I'm sure it's sped up my healing.

This product is fabulous. I gave my friend a spoonful of it in a tub for her injured finger. Her finger mended but she then proceeded to rub it in to her arthritic fingers with excellent results. I on the other hand (pardon the pun.. See picture) applied this when I accidently stumbled putting a scuttle of coal on the inglenook hearth and stupidly steadied myself by putting my hand on top of the cast iron stove which was running at about 250c at the time 😳 I put my full weight on the edge of my palm on it 🤨.. The pain was excruciating and the erythema (redness) instant and huge.. It hurt.. A LOT!! NOW NORMALLY I would reach for the lavender but for some reason I thought I would try this and if it exacerbated it I could wash it off.. The relief was instant.. I applied a tiny amount as a little goes a long way and then reapplied immediately before bed and here is my hand this morning.. No blistering.. Hardly any discolouration and no pain.. I was a registered nurse for 40 years with an A and E background and started studying holistic approaches to heath about 15 years ago.. A few clinical trials on this for burns would extend its usage no end.. I am so impressed. Well done you guys 🤗🤗🤗

It does smell lovely though and I have used it in very dry skin to great effect!

Its absolutely fantastic, ive been using it for months on my feet, knees and elbows, really helps with reducing the pain. Definitely recommend it 👌
