These are great for therapy on my back. They’re huge and they stick really well. They provide a very strong estim shock.

I bought these hoping it would help by covering more space on my lower back. I am glad I gave it a shot! It works perfectly for my lower and upper back. I don't know that I will ever use the tiny squares again!

They are sooo big that they won't lay flat on your skin, it gaps up and then the TENS Unit "bites" you. Just FYI - they are so big my small TENS unit won't give enough power for the full effect.

Although I don't know if the Tens Unit really helps with pain, they appear to do so. As a result, I will continue to use the Tens Unit, particularly with the large pads.
