I would suggest you invest in a sugar thermometer. As most of the recipes require one.
The book has some wonderful recipes and flavour combinations as well as ideas for parties and gifts. It is well written with clear instructions as well as photographs showing you step by step how to make marshmallow. The book has wonderful colour pictures of all the recipe. This book is very inspiring, it makes you just want to get out in the kitchen and make all these delicious flavour combinations of marshmallow. I personally don’t have anything negative to say about the book.....I love it!

You won't be disappointed
so many recipes and not enough time this book is just full of naughtiness I couldn't make my mind up which recipe to start with. but I thought start with the basic and work through. You won't be disappointed

Needs better proof reading
Bought this but specifically for the lemon marshmallow recipe and found that the igredients list includes lemon juice instructions include adding lemon zest and lemon extract but not the juice and the liquid totals for gelatine and the sugar syrup look like earlier recipes.I would expect better proof reading
