Disappointed and Still Waiting
The product arrived in nothing but a plastic bag, no proper packaging. Once installed, it made a strange noise and didn’t work at all. Amazon collected it the next day and I have been waiting for a replacement ever since, with no updates. I regret buying this. I saw the mix of good and bad reviews and assumed the negative ones were just unlucky. Unfortunately, I ended up having the same experience. It feels like a gamble, and not one that pays off. Save yourself the hassle and look for something else.
