The greatest & superb customer service! RECOMMENDED HIGHLY!

This was delicious! Let me tell u also customer service is AMAZING!. We got our lobster dinner & w/o opening it it smelled so bad! It was even slimed. We'd never had this happen before & were fealty disappointed. I caked lostergram, using the paperwork & even it stunk to high heaven. The woman on the other end of the phone was an angel! She looked up our order, discovered UPS sent our order on a bizarre trip visiting different cities & states. No lobster could survive that trip! Lol.Not only did she immediately replace our dinner but she had it overnighted at no cost to us. And I note it wasn't even lobstergrams fault!I will definitely do business w/them again & highly recommend u give them a try.O dear I was so impressed by the excellent service I forgot to mention DELICIOUS! It was so good loved every bite & preparation was a snap. If you have teenagers who enjoy cooking let them do it. It's fool proof.Great for special occasions or just to treat yourself 7 reasonable enough to just do something nice for your loved ones. Bon appetite!
