This pump has worked amazing. We got it for a 18ft above ground pool, Coleman from Walmart. The pump that came with the pool wasn’t powerful enough to use a vacuum. Got this pump and the power it pulls is amazing, suction pressure is great. Can use the different pressure gauge for easy pump cleaning or to let out water from filter. Super simple. Our pool has become much cleaner and the water is more clear compared to the pump the pool came with. Heavy duty and the noise is put out is what you think a pump should be and honestly for it being a foot away and living in the country where it’s quiet you really don’t even hear it unless the filter gets full it’ll make some extra sound. Easy to clean, easy maintenance.

The pump was easy to install and has worked wonderful. Filter Balls work fine fill the tank to max capacity. The Time however there is no instructions for but it works wonderful. Basically you can only cycle through the times when the pump is off. The times represent how long the pump will run for. so with pump off select the time you want the pump to circulate for. Then turn on the pump. At this point it will run for the set amount of hours and shut off. It will turn automatically back on the next day at the same time and run for the set hours and shut off until u manually turn the pump on/Off this will set a new time a day to run every time you manually turn it on/off.

Update 5.28.24 if your pump leaks near the motor you'll need a 301-15 mechanical seal. After a week I received the part number from the vendor. Good luck finding the part locally. See attached video for installation steps. The vendor should have this information attached to the product. I had to email for a week to gather this information and that's pretty sad. I use this pump for one summer and then it became leaky. I found out that the leak was due to the master seal and reached out to the company for replacement seal. I have been going back and forth with them for about a week now trying to figure out the product number for the seal used in the pump. The people answering the phone in the customer service department are completely useless. And if you try to email you'll get a response like every 72 hours. My pool pump has been down for about a week now and all I need is the part number for the seal so that I can check my local pool store to see if they have one available. The company offers no diagram on how to take the pool pump apart and put it back together You have to reach out to tech support via email and wait on a response that takes two to three days.. excuse my spelling I'm driving and using voice to text but my experience with getting support for this pump has been horrible.

Great product still in use now. We run this all year long.

4 stars ONLY because we don't know about longevity yet but it came recommended by our Leslie's man & a neighbor. So far GREAT! Clear as glass! A TIP.... SEE VIDEO ***IF this happens. The multiport valve has water coming out everywhere (top most part-lid with the settings on it that you lift handle & turn) it is probably ON BACKWARDS! We wasted unneeded time for for customer support-just the back & forth. They are great, use the "help with product" option here. Fastest way. It took a couple of minutes & we were all good. The pump is very powerful! Our waterfall jams! It filters a large volume super fast! Highly recommend & if needed customer support was great! EDIT 12/21/25 added a 10" sand filter pump to circulate water through a new 16K pool heat pump. While it works fine with the 16K heater pump we want to know if it "Can support the gpm/gph needed for a 27K heat pump?" (For faster heating) CLUELESS SUPPORT. It seems this is beyond their brain capability. TERRIBLE NONEXISTENT TECH SUPPOST if they need to think beyond "insert part A into slot b". Look for answers elsewhere. Product is fine so far, thech help is zero.

Great investment for our above ground pool. Hooked it up to a timer so it runs in the morning and evening. Has kelp our pool clean and clear for over a month even with a ton of rain. Great suction, easy to install. The noise level is not bad at all. The output needs a larger hose than came with the pool so I had to order a larger hose and an adapter. But worth it.

Editing my review as i realized it was not the pump but something else causing issues. We have fixed it and pump is working great. This pump has been nothing but trouble. It's a pain to out together, instructions are not good. Most of the time I was winging it hoping I was doing it correctly. Got it hooked up but in order to clean skimmer basket you have to unkook the hose coming from pool other wise it will just pour out once you loosen the cap. Tried to put a valve there but it wasn't air tight so pump didn't run right. Hose is hard to get back on without leaking. When it works it does work good.

We had to buy fittings because it did not come with them as the company stated it would. It worked great for 3 weeks until the housing started leaking on the seam. It’s not just drips, it’s pouring out water from the seam. Customer service with Vevor is terrible. Which I hate because we’ve bought numerous items from this company and bad customer service is discouraging. Trying to find another pump and sand filter for the pool.
