Best flashlight I've ever had
I've had this flashlight for almost two years, and have used it every night while walking my dog around the block and through the nearby woods. Our nightly walk is about a half hour, and the light is on (mostly at low power) for a good portion of the walk, maybe 5 - 10 minutes. It gets bright Bright BRIGHT! I can easily spot a raccoon or a possum at ~ 30 yd in the woods in the middle of the night. The battery life is quite remarkable- I've only had to recharge it 3 or 4 times. The compact design of this EDC is great. It fits perfectly in pretty much any pocket and it feels solid and sturdy. I've dropped it on the pavement or a concrete sidewalk a few times, and (after a short prayer and with held breath) it fired right up as if nothing had happened. I'm not sure how waterproof it is, but I'm confident that if it fell in the water at the beach or boat ramp, it would probably function fine. Yes, it is really expensive, no doubt about it. However, this thing will probably still be lighting my way in the dark long after I go through ten gas station-cashier-counter flashlight impulse buys. The only pain in the butt with it is the strobe. When I quickly need to light something up and hastily reach into my pocket and switch it on, the whole scene turns into a disco. Why do most flashlights have these darn strobes? If I lost this light I would quickly replace it with another. In fact, I will most likely will probably get the headlamp (HM70r), along with the tactical light (PD36r).

A good value and quality product
If you are going to carry a flashlight, buy a real flashlight. This is a blindingly bright flashlight made of high-quality materials. Easy to recharge and lasts long enough to be truly useful.

Best flashlite I've ever had so far as a marine engineer. Compact, bright, easy to use and durable.

Good quality light.
Very bright. Great quality. All the settings on the switch take time to memorize and are easy to forget. Gets hot quickly on the brightest setting.

Great Quality Brite Flashlight
Construction of great quality, easy side button power stepping for brightness. Love the tail magnet and flat bottom for versatility. Easily charged with standard USB C Cord,. Last a good time on the lower brightness settings, but has the overwhelming brightness of the most powerful of pocket flashlights if you need to light up an entire large room for a short time , or throw a blinding light at night equivalent of many car high beam headlights. The head end does get hot during any highest setting use for a few minutes, but for the light and power that is to be expected. I like that the battery is replaceable for quick swaps if you need longer light time. While this is still a bit large for pocket EDC every day carry, with a small belt holster it carries well to be ready. In today's market, this is still a premium price flashlight, but the quality is there, so if you need it, the price is justified.

Strongly green tinted light
This is a meh flashlight for the money. USB-C charging is nice but charging is glacial even with a fast charger and the charge indicator doesn't give much info on the state of charge. All you get is a solid red light that eventually turns green. However, once you unplug it, a button press will show charge state according to the color and whether the light flashes. The code is as follows from greatest charge to least charge: solid green - flashing green - solid red - flashing red. It would've been nice to include that functionality in charging too. It would also be nice if charging didn't cancel the button lock. That's an extra step and an extra hazard. The magnet won't hold the flashlight reliably on a vertical surface unless braced by the wings on the tail of the light just so. I wish they'd used a strong enough magnet or a better wing design. The "white" light of the LED is strongly green tinted. This is unforgivable at this price point. The magnet is strong enough to suspend the light from a car hood which is a plus. The five brightness levels provide a lot of flexibility in lighting. Strobe is out of the way yet easily accessed from any unlocked state by an extra long press. A long press turns the light on and off while short presses cycles between the brightness levels. When the light's off, two short presses in rapid succession will lock or unlock the light. Locking the light causes it to default to its lowest brightness when unlocked. This is handy to avoid cycling through the high brightness levels to conserve night vision. This light is really bright for its size. The trade offs for this are excessive heat, heat throttling of brightness, and shortish battery life. Peak brightness is short-lived. All this is expected from a small high performance light. This light gets a no vote from my wife for being overly complicated and fussy. Double click to lock and unlock seems ok in theory but in practice you have to click it fast or it doesn't work. Both my wife & I have repeatedly missed unlocking it because we didn't click it fast enough. Worse, when you quickly follow up with faster clicks it ignores those clicks until you've paused a few seconds then double clicked again. This light is a fussy pain in the butt with a beam the color of creamed spinach. It is small and bright though.
