I recently purchased this back posture corrector and I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far. You can immediately feel the difference once you put it on. It gently pulls your shoulders back and helps improve posture without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. The material feels high quality, breathable, and comfortable enough to wear for extended periods throughout the day. I was worried it might feel bulky under clothes, but it actually fits nicely and stays in place really well. The adjustable straps also make it easy to get the perfect fit. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed less tension in my upper back and shoulders, especially after long hours sitting or working. It also helps remind me to sit and stand straighter naturally even when I’m not wearing it. For the price, this product exceeded my expectations. Bought it and it works, it fits, easy to use, it has good quality it doesn't appear too inexpensive it has durability it's built to last, the inner back support bars works tremendously it's so firm that by just wearing it it is almost strong enough where you can crack and relieve your back pain just by wearing it, and it's light weight I highly recommend it for anyone with back problems period doesn't even have to be work related.

It feels firm but comfortable at the same time, and provides good support in the lower back, shoulders and upper back. I have used it at times during the day, especially when I spend a lot of time sitting, and it does help me maintain a better posture without feeling too stiff. The adjustments are easy to make and it adapts well to the body. I also liked that it doesn't feel of poor quality and gives good support without being too uncomfortable. It is not something miraculous from one day to the next, but it does help a lot if you use it consistently. In general, I thought it was a very good purchase to improve posture and relieve some tension in the back and shoulders.

Having used a posture corrector in the past, I wanted to get something that was more than just pulling my shoulders back. I wanted something to support me in addition to retraining my muscles. I liked how this product had metal brace support of sorts inside of it, adding to the durability. Putting it on was interesting. Deductive reasoning helped a bit, but the instructions included weren’t clear. I gotta say I liked how it wasn’t forcing my shoulders aggressively. It was very gentle. And honestly the compression from the lower thick belt around the mid waist gave so much relief in addition to helping me elongate my spine. I find myself reaching for it after long days at the dental clinic, where I’m hunch over most of the day with patients. The qualm I have is the smell.. it reeks of that tire smell. I haven’t tried washing it in a machine due to the fear of it becoming mangled and useless. However I would recommend handwashing with some Dawn dish soap. Something about it, was able to get the smell out. Overall you need a posture corrector, go for this

Very good product. I am 72 years old and have aaa creaky back, I bought the posture corrector back brace as a precaution for back problems. My back would go out on me walking the dogs, on short walks and for no reason. Had a planned 10 day overseas vacation and was concern the back would go out easy. The product helped my posture and kept my back straight and supported the locations where the back pain was. I was pleasantly surprised how much support the thin brace provided. While I still had some pain, the product great helped to ease the pain during long walks, tour bus rides and multiple hours airplane trips. It is very lightweight. I wore undershirts to avoid possible skin irritations. I was very happy that I have the product and recommend it to others that have similar weak back problems. It helped me.

I purchased this for the amount of pain. My back has been caused from a earlier injury. I was hoping this might have helped it didn’t, but I can’t blame the product. I have. I have an issue that I don’t think any belt would help multiple operations and has not improved so I am not putting this product down. I think if you’re having problems with your posture, this belt would definitely help unfortunately it didn’t help me.

I bought this waist trainer, and honestly, I was quite surprised. I bought this for my nephew, and it has really helped him with back pain during his daily activities. He now uses it consistently and says it makes it much easier to get through the day. The only issue is with the upper support strap on the crutch area. One side came slightly damaged, which causes it to tilt and makes it uncomfortable to use that part properly, so he has been using it without the strap. It does cause some discomfort under the arms and leaves a red mark after extended use, but overall it’s still much better than the back pain he was dealing with before, so he continues to use it.

Is good back supporter and good quality for size if you need more tight bring aize smaller than your accurate size

Didn’t really understand how it worked and then kinda got it on but didn’t really help me.
