Better than expected
This power station is very good, I have been pleasant surprise. There was an initial issue with the power lead but the seller fixed it right away and sent me a new one and since then no issues. I use it 4 to 5 days a week to plug in my laptop for work in my outside office. Lasts about 3 days for my usage. Really light and compact, has a built in light 2 UK plugs and a USB. Very happy with it

Great power station for camping.
This is a great little power station for the price. We use it for camping along with a 100w solar panel, which takes about 6 hours to fully charge the battery. Works well when you are camping without electric and need to keep your electronics charged and inflate your air beds. We inflated a queen size bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed using 20% of the battery. Just remember this is a small unit, so will not power heaters or keep a cool box running for long. We tried it with a 50w cool box, but it drains the battery too quickly to feasible for this use. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product.

Terrible product - Do not buy -
Terrible product! Do not you buy This product has a serious issues, I purchased from you via Amazon. The power bank overheated during its first use. This resulted in thermal damage to a small appliance, rendering it completely unusable. This appears to be a case of thermal runaway, where the power station failed to regulate its output safely. I am now out of pocket for both the damaged appliance and the power bank itself. I trusted this product to be safe and compatible with standard devices, and I am extremely disappointed. Despite reaching out to the seller to resolve the issue, I have just been sent video of how to use it and not a response, outlining the issue of the damage it caused.

Mostly good, with a few niggles. Do not expect 330Wh at the sockets.
Fully charged this when I received it and then ran some tests using an energy monitoring smart socket. From 100% charge to shutoff, it managed 240Wh of energy running a 180W slow cooker for almost exactly 1.5 hours. It then took about 340Wh to recharge back to 100%, which I didn't time exactly but took about 5 hours. I wasn't expecting 100% efficiency, but if this really is a 330Wh battery, it doesn't seem it's charging and discharging it to its limits. Output measures at 220V rather than 240, but is actually more stable than my household mains supply. It's clear that this wasn't originally designed with UK mains sockets in mind. It's okay with some power brick type devices, but if you want to plug in a standard UK plug, you'll need to raise the unit somehow to leave room for the wire. Otherwise it seems to be good. No issues with the charger running hot, as some others have reported. It did start making a quiet ticking sound at one point the first time I charged it, but I haven't heard that since. I noticed that the charger always shows a red light, rather than changing to green at full charge as most lithium battery chargers do. I haven't tried the USB or 12VDC outlets yet.

Computer back-up power
Acquired for use as a UPS (uninterrupted power-supply) for my home desktop IT gear. Metal case and appears well-made and sturdy enough to take the odd knock. a/c output is more like 200v than expected 240v but this seems to be no problem for switch-mode IT (computer) power-adapters. I've not been able to confirm the claimed "sine-wave" of the a/c output but for my uses this is not likely to be critical. I like the red "%" charge indicator. Does make a bit of noise when charging -but this is a power device and there's considerable energy transfer involved here! The real test will be when the household power goes down and this device is called upon to keep my IT show on-the-road. All-in-all shows great promise for the future.

Mis-advertised product, may kill your devices
Definitely misadvertised and the seller is an absolute joke. This review is for the 300W version. The bad: As other reviewers have noted this isn't pure sine wave. Expect buzzing electronics and more sensitive equipment may get completely fried. Even using it to power a laptop with an AC/DC charger introduces so much interference from the fans in addition to the modified sine wave that my laptop's mouse stopped working. The unit completely fried a plug in power monitor. Multimeter shows it's outputting around 170V with regular drops in voltage although the modified sine wave may contribute to this. The bundled charger gets insanely hot and labels/documentation is contradictory all round. The charger isn't stamped with voltage, wattage, amperage or for that matter anything at all. On the unit it says 15V DC in, in the booklet that came with it it says 12V DC in. Pretty much everything on the unit, the labels, the advert and the booklet is contradictory regarding specs so be prepared to test and make educated guesses if you're going to use anything with the unit. The seller tried to deny a refund, asked me to move communication outside of Amazon and even when I sent them a picture showing problems with the power station they claimed I "didn't want it", had used a device higher than 300W, then offered a £10 partial refund, then said I can pay to post it to them for them to check it. Ended up getting a refund from an Amazon A-Z claim and that took 3 phone calls as the seller has marked the item as non returnable. The good: Credit where credit is due, it does seem to have quite a high capacity and charges USB devices well. Didn't test the 12V DC out but using 12V from the power station may be a viable option. If you wanted a 12V battery with USB you'd buy one instead of one with a 220V inverter though wouldn't you?
