I bought this as a replacemement for my Zomei tripod. The item did work and is of good quality

Does not fit the Q666 ball head. The description references a "switch" which would lead you to believe it can be pushed. It cant, and because of that there is no way to slide the plate onto the ball head.

Fits my Zomei tripod perfectly. The only thing I don't like is the screw fastens the plate to the camera. The manufacturer plate has a cutout on the screw to allow tightening with a coin or screwdriver in addition to a D ring that you can use to hand tighten. This plate doesn't not have the cutout. It's just flat, so if the D ring breaks off, the plate will be basically useless and have to be thrown away. For this reason, it loses a star
