Buy p-i-l-a-t-e-s Instructor Manual Cadillac Levels 1 and 2 First Edition by Wilks, Catherine (ISBN: 9781312744332) from desertcart's Book Store. Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: Five Stars - Excellent images and concise informative instruction. Review: I was excited about this book, it was well reviewed and I needed an into Cadillac manual. What a disappointment. There are only 60 exercises, most of them repetitive, so the net effective is about 40 exercises. But, worse, the wording of the text and the typos is so distracting that I lose respect for the author. Not everyone is a writer, but basic sentence structure was sorely lacking. Just awful. The information in the manual was informative, but nothing an instructor would not know already. Another distracting feature was that for unilateral exercises the photos were often for the opposite side than the instructions so there was a disconnect. But overall, the manual was WAY overpriced for the content. At half the price it would still not be worth the money. I have spent less for manuals that are thicker, more content driven, better written, and from a very well known leader of an accreditation program. I can only imagine the other manuals are as disappointing - I certainly would not buy them.
