After much experimentation I found these pill organizers to be the best solution both for myself and as a caretaker. I've tried using the 4-time-a-day dispensers, and they were too big to easily take with me when out and about all day. I tried doing it with these (black for bedtime, white for wake up, yellow for breakfast and blue for dinner). This worked better, but in the end I simplified my routine to 2-times-a-day for myself and others so that I could (and would) keep up with them all. I've also tried the ones that fit together like puzzle pieces with no tray and found that more difficult to keep up with (especially if Saturday and Sunday don't snap together) than simply snapping them in and out of the convenient tray. Pill dispensers are much easier to fill when in a tray - especially when filling enough for more than one person for up to 3 or 4 weeks at a time. These snap into and out of the tray well - it takes effort, which means they won't fall out even over time. The lids also snap closed well, meaning you won't have pills scattering if you drop it. The lids can be a little difficult to snap open, but even children and seniors have managed - and they leave the lids open to show me they took that dose. I now use the black and white for myself and the yellow and blue for ones who need the colors to easily identify morning and night (I personally love a rainbow of colors throughout the week, but unless you change your pill routine for different days you don't need the days to be different colors - and if you do have differences by day, you can mark those days with a Sharpie). I've had no trouble with the lettering rubbing off. In all my experimentation though, I have used Sharpies or Paint Pens to personalize these (sides or tops). I used clear nail polish to seal the paint pens, but the Sharpies are fine on their own and remove with rubbing alcohol rather than acetone. The one thing I don't use these for is gummies because they can be sticky and make small areas hard to clean. I use plastic cups with lids (1 oz or 2 oz) for the gummies and throw them aways after several uses. Sharpies also work well on those. In short these turned out to be perfect for my needs: Big enough to hold many pills but small enough to be unobtrusive on a nightstand or in a purse/ large pocket. Easy to fill but stay closed until you need them. Color coded just enough. Easily marked with a Sharpie for temporary or permanent notes. I now only have to fill once per month, then hand out once per day. The only problem I've had is that one of my Thursday's disappeared! (I stuck a smaller black and white one from the puzzle set into the tray and it's fine for now.) Great set! Makes my life a ton easier!

This is great design. I just pop out the day and throw it in my work bag. If anything, the compartments could be bigger- to hold bulky supplements like gummies, which now require some compression to get them to fit. Still, great product, for just pills and capsules it should be fine unless you take a LOT of meds.

The EZY Dose weekly pill organizer is the absolute best pill organizer I’ve ever purchased. The seller’s description is exactly as advertised. Having the AM and PM sections for every day of the week is an added plus. The containers have ample space and come apart to take with you so you don’t need to take the entire pill organizer with you. I’ve needed something like this for a long time and highly recommend it. Great value for the money.

I keep reordering these things, because they're not only the best I've found . . . but new ones fit into my inventory of several of these. The convenience of being able to pull one out of the frame and carry it with you all day is great. My only problem with these is the lettering rubs off pretty quickly . . . and I tend to lose one "day" every now and then (it's a long story). So I order again . . . and now I have plenty of interchangeable daily containers. Does that make sense? I like this product, but it could be slightly improved. I'm torn between a three and a four-star rating.

Purchased for an elderly person, love that you can remove individual pieces if you go out for a few hours and the person needs to take meds. Instead of taking the entire pill organizer, it’s on the bigger side for extra space and reading purposes. Sturdy good quality for the price and very functional.

I love these pill organizers! I have a few in different colors for myself, the husband, and even the dog has his own! They lock down securely, you can pop out individual days for travel if needed, and I like to rearrange the days so the week starts on a Monday (so I can do refills Sunday evening). I highly recommend!

The labels are wearing away and one of the tab lids broke off within weeks of use. I like that you can pop out a few days worth to take on a trip, but they should be more snug in the case. They very easily pop out when I'm just trying to get the am or pm side open. Mostly I'm mad that the lid sheared off of one of the days. It will still work as a lid but is no longer attached. Just annoying.

Functionality gives flexibility with daily containers that are removable as needed for travel. The pill case securely hold the individual pill containers. Quality build is good and easy to open. Value is acceptable and would buy again.

Haven't had it that long and the writing is already rubbing off. Doesn't make it unusable or anything just a mild inconvenience.

My husband uses this pill organizer and he loves the size of the compartments. He also finds it convenient that the compartments can be removed and taken with you.

I use it for supplements, holds prob 8 to 10 large capsules, each compartment. Stays closed. Sturdy.

I realy love it. Keeps my pills without opening every time i try to open a box.
