Everything it's supposed to be. Very high quality, feels like an OEM part. Was easy to install, came with all required tools, easy to adjust and readjust. I would buy it again and highly recommend it

Headrest for Herman Miler Aeron Chair Graphite Frame + Classic Black Mesh
I was not sure when I was buying it. I saw a couple of reviews about it and I trusted them. This looks and feels like strong plastic and it is a sturdy fit. no wobbling or creaks. Came in a good packaging box. Im super happy with it so far. Also, you won't find anything in this price range. this was super cheap compared to all the other headrests I saw on Amazon/eBay/Walmart websites.
