Would not connect to router. Seems to be a recurring UK issue according to other reviews. Didn’t even come with a UK USB plug adapter. Looks like a decent piece of kit however and the magnetic connection is very nice with a good weight for standing on a table without toppling, shame it just doesn’t work.

Fantastic product. Simple to set up and excellent quality. Night vision is amazing and you can see the whole room easily with all the lights out. Excellent app to control and view the camera.

Avoid this product. It fails to connect on regular basis, even setup is nightmare, I have to use US number in UK to run it. I have changed WIFI at home and can't make it work again. I'm tech person but this is seriously not easy to make it function. I will save you days and hours of swearing....

Update: Looks like they have stopped trading. Shame as I have not had any real issues with the camera since ignoring the update. Overall I feel the camera is good value at the price. The image quality is good for most situations and has sufficient detail in it under most light conditions. Even at night the image isn’t bad. The movement detection seems to be a little weird though. It will detect a car passing the house accurately but seems to ignore people. The postman can walk to the front door and then walk away without any motion being detected at all despite the route being in the central portion of the image. Part of the point of getting it was for that function so something seems amiss. As I said, a car passing gets detected but my neighbour parking their car doesn’t get detected or trigger a warning despite being in the same area as the passing cars. They are aware of the camera and are happy with it because of some troubles they have had. The video stored on the memory card is of a reasonable quality. The power supply seems quite bulky even allowing for the interchangeable socket adapters and whilst the supplied cable is quite long it is too long for some situations and too short for others. If you get an alternative cable be aware that the USB socket on the camera is in a recess and you may need to trim the lead you purchased to get it to fit. Overall, for the price I am pleased with it but there is room for improvement but I would purchase more if required. The iOS app is OK but could do with some work. Settings are split between places - why not have them in one place? There is not iPad version either. UPDATE The overall images from the camera are proving to be just what I want. I amd getting frustrated with the thing though. It will go offline several times a day. Sometimes it will come back online and others not. The only solution I have found is to have a remote controlled socket that I can turn off/on which forces it back on line. It still doesn’t detect the postman (different ones) but will detect reflections/shadows of birds flying by. When it goes offline/online the settings will change so the image can be flipped, night vision will be off and so on. It isn’t my wifi causing the problem either. So whilst I had originally though of getting more I probably won’t now unless things improve.

camera is ok it is a bit laggy and has a delay of about 2 seconds which i found ths might not be for everyone but for me it is. also the night vision on the camera is really poor for night vision alone i would give 1 star but overall i have giving a 3 star would be good if the made it compatible with alexa also

I have 6 of these. They worked brilliantly for about 4 months. Now only 2 are still working, the others will not connect to wireless therefore are useless! When worked they were great but now they are just expensive paper weights!

Once up and running it works perfectly. Big of a faff working our how to set it to record constantly but now I've figured it out its fine

Like several others, I've got a n umber of these cameras, and have replaced 2 in as many years. Most recent one is 7vmontha old, and has intermittent connection problems.
