NEENCA Professional Knee Brace AC-42

I just received this brace early this afternoon. I immediately put it on. My knee hurt as I walked back to the house, but by the time I made it up the dirt road my knee was feeling better. I'm not saying it stopped all the pain, just that the whole rest of the day I wore this brace, my pain was honestly diminished some... enough to notice. . A couple of weeks ago I injured my knee and wound up with sharp pain medially. Not having been to a physician yet, I've self-diagnosed this injury to be most likely my medial meniscus. Can't say for sure, even with 30 yrs of patient care in my past, but understanding the body as I do I feel I'm pretty close. . After a lot of looking around and other research, I decided to take a chance on this brace. I'm staying conscious of a possible placebo affect, and tomorrow I will know a lot more about what this brace might do for me as I will be driving for 6-6 1/2 hrs (I do this 5 days a week). Since my injury, each day driving has left me with a very heavy dose of pain and mobility issues with that knee. I'll be back in a few days to update how the brace is doing. I'm not wearing it 24/7, just during my most active time of day.

While I can't judge long-term durability yet, this Neenca ACE-42 brace has been everything I'm looking for to stabilize my knee during sports. With a slightly torn meniscus, I was looking for a well-made hinged brace to support my knee and prevent any painful twisting/wrenching. The padded 'donut' hole supports the patella well, and the hinges provide just enough resistance to twisting. Note their sizing seems to run a bit small -- I measured per their instructions, but still had to return my 1st purchase and replace with one size larger. Overall, I am extremely pleased.

Works very well to help steady a shaky knee. Not intrusive but very supportive

Bought this and went by the size chart but was to tight.. might want to bump up a size..I actually bought my first one a year and a half ago and it fit great… out of numerous knee braces I have bought over the years..this one is the best…

Over the years I've been given several Donjoy braces from Doctors for different reasons. Even though it's cheap, I find this much better than those. It's light, a perfect fit, MUCH easier to put on, and only has 2 straps as opposed to the Donjoy's which have 4 and constantly get tangled up when you try to get it on. I noticed a few reviewers said this item doesn't last long, but I don't care. I'll just buy another one!

Run big

My left knee has no cartilage at all left. The leg splays outward and walking has been extremely painful. I can’t have a knee replacement because of chronic cellulitis. Have to deal with first. Anyway this is the first brace that relieves the pain so it’s bearable. After buying so many braces that wind up in the trash this brace really gives support and cuts down on the knee popping and twisting and making it hard to walk. I would definitely buy again. 👍

Did not fit my knee; could not adjust for adequate support. Seemed sturdy and well made. returned.
